PIR Detector CX-702M

The CX-702 is a specially designed IR detector from OPTEX with extraordinary features. The CX-702 is characterized by a pervasive focus on quality and safety at the absolute highest level. The CX-702 features, among other things, two of OPTEX's largest patented technologies.

MULTI-FOCUS optics and DCS (Double Conductive Shielding). MULTI-FOCUS provides extremely high and dense vertical detection zones. These high zones provide greater reliability and precision of detection across the entire surveillance area. DCS (Double Conductive Shielding) consists of a robust casing around the sensitive IR sensor. The casing, which contains a conductive filter, allows infrared energy (IR) to pass through, but effectively blocks and grounds RFI and white light interference (50,000 lux). Built-in ECO technology enhances the sensor's resistance to all types of environmentally related interference. ECO (Environmental Compensation), based on microprocessor technology, enables the sensor to recognize, exclude, and adjust for temperature changes and RFI interference, which can normally cause problems for traditional IR detectors.
